To be sure that you don’t get that sinking feeling when a “package” client comes in for a treatment they have already paid for, why not put the money into a separate account and then transfer the money over in small deposits each time the client comes in for a treatment.

    That way you can guarantee a steady flow of income over the next few weeks or months and you can’t spend the money before you have earned it.

    If you find it difficult to bring yourself to ask for a review then why not just send each client a text just after their treatment thanking them for their custom and include a link that takes them straight to your Google listing where they can leave a review.

    However, in the last few months, AI has taken a few strides into the future and we now have websites like ChatGPT that can do pretty much anything you ask, as long as it doesn’t include picking anything up.

    Imagine a diary system that instead of using a keyboard and trying to find a client’s notes you could just click a button and say “Show me Mrs _______ notes, please” (always a good idea to be courteous with these things). Pretty soon everyone will be using AI and you will be wondering how on earth we managed without it.
